Tammy Erickson

Harvard MBA Tammy Erickson has been honored three times by the Thinkers50’s list as one the most influential living management thinkers in the world. Her in-depth research and analysis on generations in the workplace is employed to provide essential presentations on preparing for the changing demographics of the workforce. Her career has revolved around building and managing different successful and innovative organizations. An Executive Fellow of Organizational Behavior at the London Business School, Tammy designed and is co-director of the school’s premier leadership program; Leading Businesses into the Future. Keeping Up, Moving Ahead, and Getting the Career You Want” was published in 2009.
