Siri Wikander has been in HR leadership and People Growth positions for the past 20 years in large stock-listed companies like Axfood and Scandic Hotels as well as in start-up and scale-up firms.

The work Siri and colleagues have done at Scandic, “The Empowering Journey”, included implementing a new way of leading and learning. IMD business School followed the transformation and is now documented as an IMD Case Study available at Business Schools around Europe. The work has gained international attention because of the measurable employee- and business results.

Now Siri Wikander is working as a thought leader, consultant and adviser. She is active in the development and debates around HR and a strong advocate for new ways of working in organisations.
