Natalia Rincon, an influencer, woman in tech, is the Founder and CEO of CHAOS, a Helsinki-based prop-tech startup. CHAOS is an urban-analytics and forecasting company for real estate investors and developers. We merge urban databases and crowd insights to analyze and predict investment and development opportunities in order to create livable cities.

Natalia Rincon is a keynote speaker, an architect and computer science engineer, currently a Ph.D. candidate at Aalto University in Helsinki. She is councilor at the City of Tampere, Business Tampere ambassador and an advisor for TalentBoost, a foreign talent committee at the Ministry of Employment and Economy of Finland. This year the European Commission acknowledged Natalia and CHAOS and ranked her in the top 10 EU female tech entrepreneurs who foster the industry, and the 100 women in AI to follow in 2019.
