Nadim Ghazale is a police officer and keynote speaker. In 2022 he published his book, co-written with journalist Sara Nygren, “Min väg från flykting till hela Sveriges polis” where he tells his story.
Nadim’s lectures are based on this story. As a seven-year-old, he fled from the war in Lebanon with his family. With his experiences, he tells a story where human encounters are always at the center. He talks about racism, alienation, and insecurity, but also about the meetings and the people that have served as the turning points and taken his life in new directions.
In his role as a police officer, he acts as a hybrid of many different parts of society. His striving to be a role model gives an extra dimension to his story, as he is not afraid to reflect on his own shortcomings.
Nadim Ghazale has extensive experience in lecturing for businesses, schools, and various organizations. The main themes of his keynotes are communication, conflict management, and diversity. Nadim offers tools for integration, increased understanding, and new insights that affect both society and companies.
