He began his career in 1984 with Procter & Gamble holding various brand management positions. In 1993 he became Head of Brand Management at British Airways and in 1997 moved to Eurostar UK as Managing Director. In 1999 he was appointed Chief Executive of Sainsbury’s Bank and later became CEO for Vision UK. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and of the Chartered Institute of Transport. He chairs the EMEA advisory board for Emory University and currently runs his own management and leadership development company.
