Eirik Norman Hansen is an unshakeable technology optimist that gives energetic and engaging lectures about how technology affects organizations, society and people.
In Eirik’s opinion, the future is amazing, but there lies a great responsibility on us. His lectures are inspirational, provoking and humorous. He is well known for being able to convey a clear and understandable message, even on intricate and complicated topics. «A lecture should be both entertaining and inspiring, but you should learn something at the same time» Eirik says. He has an undeniable love for robots, artificial intelligence and digital ecosystems, and in his opinion those things will be fundamental factors for most establishments in the future.
Eirik is a graduate in economics and has worked with digitization for over 20 years. His quest is to research topics concerning what technology means to us, and how we can utilize it in the best way possible. He has lead and been a part of some of Norway and the Nordic countries’ biggest tech companies, and today he runs his own company where his main focus is what the future will bring, and what we have to do to succeed in the future. He is on multiple boards in Norwegian companies, and he has also co-written the book “Når juss møter AI” (“When law meets AI”), which was published in the summer of 2019. Now and then, Eirik shows up on TV and radio to talk about the newest technology and its consequences. He also has his own podcast called “30 minutes into the future” where he is accompanied by guests to discuss the near future.
Eirik has become one of the most sought out lecturers in Norway during the last few years, and has on multiple occasions been named “Best speaker”. He is also a talented and much-used conference host and moderator, and he uses humor and engagement as his main ingredients during his performances. Eirik is an experienced lecturer, and he has given several hundred lectures during the last 5 years.
